LID Planning Case Referral Form

• As part of the City Planning Application Filing Instructions, a LID Planning Case Referral Form is required.
• You must submit a request via the Customer Service Request (CSR) portal to obtain this form.
• A Proposed Architectural Plan is required to apply, but a full set of plans is not needed.
• Standard review times are 1 to 3 business days.

This document plan will aid our plan checkers with determining the LID requirements that will be imposed on the project at the time of plan check submittal. A full set of plans is not required.

• 1st Review: 1-3 Business Days or less
• Resubmittal: 1-3 Business Days or less
