S.A.F.E. Centers (Solvents/Automotive/Flammables/Electronics) are permanent collection facilities that are open every weekend for City of Los Angeles residents and LA County residents to safely dispose of their household hazardous waste (HHW) and electronic waste (e-waste).

Please note that S.A.F.E. Centers may close or experience modified hours during inclement weather.
Transportation Limits
The State of California has set the household hazardous waste transportation limit as a maximum of 125 pounds or 15 gallons per visit for safety purposes.

The line forms southbound on Randall Street. Note that left turns into the facility from Randall Street are prohibited during high-volume periods.

S.A.F.E. Centers close during rain events AND all City of Los Angeles observed holidays.
