S.A.F.E. Centers (Solvents/Automotive/Flammables/Electronics) are permanent collection facilities that are open every weekend for City of Los Angeles residents and LA County residents to safely dispose of their household hazardous waste (HHW) and electronic waste (e-waste).
Visit our service page for a list of accepted items at the S.A.F.E. Centers. This service is provided free of charge to residents.
Small businesses can review how to dispose of their hazardous waste through the Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG) Program for a fee.
Please note that S.A.F.E. Centers may close or experience modified hours during inclement weather.

Left turns from Balboa Blvd. into the facility are not permitted.
Please do not block the ARCO Gas Station entrance/exit driveways
