EZ-Save Program (income qualified)
If you need a little help lowering your monthly utility costs, the EZ-Save Program is a great place to start! This income-qualified program offers discounts on your sewer and trash charges, as well as your water and power.
Senior Citizen & Disability Lifeline Rate
We are proud to offer reduced rates for our older neighbors and residents with disabilities. If you are 62 or older, or if you have a qualifying disability, you may be eligible for a substantial discount on your bi-monthly bill.
Level Pay Program (available to all)
Tired of your bill fluctuating from month to month? The Level Pay program doesn't offer a discount, but it does smooth out your payments. It calculates your yearly usage and divides it into equal, predictable monthly payments so you always know exactly what to expect.
