recycLA Rates

recycLA provides consistent and transparent monthly rates for multi-family and commercial customers throughout the City of Los Angeles. Your designated recycLA Service Provider will conduct on-site waste assessment to determine the most cost-effective service level for you. The following rate scenarios illustrate potential cost reductions through increased recycling efforts.

Rates are predictable and consistent citywide, inclusive of all city fees, bin cleaning, graffiti removal, and customer service standards.

recycLA service providers cannot charge additional “hidden” fees, such as administrative fees, fuel service charges, and environmental recovery charges. Extra charges (and the circumstances under which they can be applied) are contractually set. recycLA service providers cannot charge for extra services not already set. Rates have been set so that costs can decrease as recycling increases. Additional fees and charges may be assessed by the recycLA service provider if they are unable to service the solid waste, commingled recyclables, or organic waste containers.
