Who is eligible for free brush pickup?

The City of Los Angeles offers a free, once-a-year collection for extra yard trimmings and brush to all households serviced by LA Sanitation & Environment (LASAN).

How do I prepare my brush for pickup?

Please bundle and tie your brush together so that each bundle does not exceed four (4) feet in length and 30 pounds in weight.

How do I schedule a brush pickup?

You can schedule your free once-a-year brush collection by submitting a service request online through MyLA311 or by calling our 24-hour Customer Care Center at 1-800-773-2489.
