What to know
- This donation drive runs September 7 through November 6, 2026
LA Sanitation & Environment’s City Facilities Recycling Program (CFRP) is collecting sealed, unused utensil and condiment packets, which are items that many of us receive with takeout and delivery meals, but do not use. Check your cupboards, desks, and break room for these packets and keep them out of the landfill by donating them at one of the locations listed below. Donated items will be provided to Midnight Mission for use in their meal services.
Donations needed: Sealed Utensil Packets: Forks, Knives, Spoons, Napkins, Chopsticks, etc. No loose utensils, please. Sealed Condiment Packets: Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Soy Sauce, Hot Sauce, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Mayonnaise, etc.
