New Annual Rate Adjustment for 2024

Effective January 1, 2024 there will be a 5.00 % rate increase in accordance with the recycLA contract.

Holiday Collections Information

For our residential customers and recycLA customers, due to the Christmas holiday observed on Monday, December 25, 2023, collections will be delayed by one day. Monday collections will be collected on Tuesday, Tuesday collections will be on Wednesday, Wednesday collections will be on Thursday, Thursday collections will be on Friday and Friday collections will be on Saturday. For recycLA customers, Saturday collections will be on Saturday.

SB 1383 – Short Lived Climate Pollutants

The regulation may require local jurisdictions to impose penalties for noncompliance on generators within their jurisdiction beginning January 1, 2024. To comply and subscribe for a green organic waste bin, please contact our 24-hour Customer Care Center at 1-800-773-2489.

Removing Barriers to Recycling Program

In ongoing Removing Barriers to Recycling program, recycLA customers are no longer charged access and distance fees for blue bin service, and customers who have paid those extra fees previously may receive a credit.
