  • It’s a former industrial site that has been vacant for numerous years.

Activities/What’s happening here

  • The Citywide Brownfields Program secured $6.8 million  Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) the Equitable Community Revitalization Grant to remediate the site. 
  • Once clean is complete, it will be developed with open space and mixed use, affordable housing
