  • The site a vacant City-owned site that is under remediation activities
  • It has been underutilized site for numerous years

Activities/What’s happening here?

  • The Citywide Brownfields Program has completed numerous environmental assessments at the site with three different grant funding sources. 
  • With support of funds from the Council Office, the program is currently in the process of removed lead-impacted soils. 
  • Once clean is complete, it will be developed with a community garden.
