The Project area is located along Coliseum Street from Hauser Boulevard to Nicolet Avenue. The Project is located in the Central Santa Monica Bay Watershed area.
Project Description
This is a multi-benefit project around Coliseum Street designed to capture and treat stormwater runoff using drywells, bioswales, and trees. The Project drainage area is located within the City of Los Angeles in the Ballona Creek Watershed. The Project will capture and treat surface runoff to reduce pollutants that otherwise will deposit in downstream receiving waters. Sediments, metals, trash, and bacteria will be removed before reaching Ballona Creek.

Project Funding
The total budget for the Baldwin Vista Green Streets Project is $10.8 million. The project is funded by the Los Angeles County Safe Clean Water Program.
