You are currently on the LA Sanitation Portal as seen on the browser tab at the top of your screen. After clicking on the Continue button below, another browser tab labelled ?Online Registration? will open:
- Follow the prompts to create an account AND,
- Upon completion, simply close the Online Registration tab and click on the "LA Sanitation Portal Sign in" tab to continue.

- After providing the information to retrieve your User ID, click on the Submit button.
- Next, close the Forgot Username tab AND,
- Click on the "LA Sanitation Portal Sign in" tab to continue with your login from LA Sanitation Portal site.

- After providing the information to reset your Password, click on the Submit button.
- Next, close the Forgot Password tab AND,
- Click on the "LA Sanitation Portal Sign in" tab to continue with your login from LA Sanitation Portal site.
